Rodman's has British chocolates and other European brands . In different aisles. Near veggies tons of chocolate and halva. Near the pasta section some mostly British. On your way down the steps German marzipan and boxes of European chocolate

Me too. Long list . I don't shop there because of prices. DC now has Aldi and soon Lidl I think it's called. Lower end same German family .
Brothers split up like Adidas/Puma

For me being walking distance from a Trader Joe's is a deal breaker.
I'm in Atlanta right now . A lime is $1 at Publiks and $0.35 at the Trader Joe's a mile away

Not sure about price . But I constantly have to stop WiFi on my phone, not just middle of the night but also daytime. I'm streaming and it stops or some link isn't working. We moved 3 years ago and one outage. Technical assistance is good cuz both companies have invested in fixing things remotely.
With FIOS never had these issues.

Good idea. It's also much cheaper than the major companies

That's what my neighbor said. If either building next to us gets it we could benefit.

I asked building management cuz Starry has to approve your building. Apparently, we are too small with only 25 units.

Reply to Is there a law that requires USPS, UPS, FedEX, Amazon, etc. delivery trucks to park in crosswalks or bike lanes? by floppydisk1995
They are under extreme pressure to deliver packages. UPS drivers are monitored to a point that the company knows how long they've been away from the truck. They have something like 2min per delivery .
If they make a mistake and don't deliver a package on their route they have to go back on their own time

Wow! You might want to talk to DC office of tenant protection or something Others on here know the name of the office.
Older buildings pre WWII are much better built than anything last 20 years . Mine is 1906 and before that 1888 Townhouse converted to condos . No problems

You can complain to management. It's your right to not be disturbed at nighttime. There is an expectation of peace and quiet.
Does the running around happen often? I doubt only last night
