I wonder if the people (or person?) who was contracted to build these playgrounds made big contributions to either the mayor or councilmember in this ward.
Prob bought some super cheap stuff they weren't supposed to use...

But somehow they can't go after ALL the NUMEROUS people in DC that have been assaulted and nearly killed.
The person assaulted with a gun... Racine's office didn't want to help or press charges. BUT the cops can slam around poor families and DCHA gets to spy on them like they're the criminals running around DC.
No, the people who run DCHA are the criminals. It's probably their kids running around breaking the law anyways. Gross.

Maryland holds a lot of blood. And I'm not sure why people are still in a religion that has a bad reputation of child predators. I mean almost all religion based institutions have this dangerous problem. It's disgusting. This is why I don't mess with religion. And I think it's rather dangerous. People use it to abuse others everyday...
