Can confirm that Bean lined duck boots are pretty good, but yes, not great winter boots. I found some knock-off Sorels that are both comfortable and warm, and actually lace most of the way around my cankles, LOL.

Hilton Garden Inn. Literally next door. Clean comfortable rooms, complimentary bottled water at reception (used to be big jars of fresh spring water with cucumbers and citrus in it, but due to COVID they've discontinued that afaik), and surprisingly cozy beds. Super super clean. Staff were nice and very accommodating when I had to change our payment method last minute.

Geeze. Pay off my kid's mortgage and cars. Pay off my sister's house and car. College funds for the grandkids. Help out some friends. Give generously to some of the lesser known LGBTQIA charities, since they're almost always hurting for donations. Definitely a few mil to go to the Nature Conservancy and the Audubon Society. Maybe finally buy myself a house.

It's absolutely glue. Just dripped onto the can while the case was being sealed. Happens all the time. And I need to go find a case of black cherry seltzer water now. (Or in the morning, LOL.)

In terms of doing all the tests your PCP recommends in as few visits as possible, St Vincent's is better. In terms of receiving a referral when your insurance requires one, UMass. I think that's probably because they're a larger network, though. I believe both options have primary care offices on their local campuses. Again, this is from local people who are dealing with a number of health concerns such as chronic cellulitis, osteoarthritis, and vision issues, and UMass was better for them.
