The whole Howard Street cooridor is getting long overdue love for sure. I'd imagine investment is going to ramp up if these "testing the water" projects prove to be successful

BBJ news articles and part of development forums.
Ticketing will remain downstairs while the new concourse is built across the tracks. Once it's complete it's all getting shifted to the new one. You will however still be able to enter the new concourse through historic Penn.

Look at Downtown Columbia? Its not the city, but it's definitely building enough that it can scratch an urban itch amenity wise.
You're geographically between both. Drive can be anywhere from 30 minutes to 1-1/2 hours to either depending on traffic. Also BWI airport/MARC train is a 15-20 minute drive which is always a plus.

Technically yes, but the historic building wont function as a train station. It's being converted to be exclusively office & retail.

Don't doubt it for a second. Baltimore is an amazing dive bar city, but painfully lacks big clubs/venues.

Nope there pretty much the last ones on my to-part-in list
Baltimore does have a cool quirk/loophole that allows bars & clubs to stay open 24/7 through Dec 31 - Jan 2 (2am)

Outside of NYC, Honolulu, Vegas & Miami... pretty much every city closes down around ~2am. DC last call is 3am. Philly, Chicago & LA have a decent amount of afterhours spots as well.

This is MSA wide. By city proper we are solidly in the high end of the public transportation usage spectrum

Money has never been the issue. Political willpower has.
You could rehab every last vacant in the city for ~$1.5 billion. Which is a drop in the bucket compared to how much fucking money is flowing into redevelopment projects in the city right now.

The main reason you see the roofdecks in south Baltimore vs. everywhere else is the rowhomes tend to be smaller and have views of the water/skyline which massively drives up home value.

Unless you like sitting in parking lot traffic for 1-2 hours before and after the game... take the light rail
