The Wall

Another horror /psychological illustration inspired by recent photos I've made of spooky places around the city and stuff I've been reading.

Have you ever stepped in a place and felt such negativity pulsing through the walls combined with heavy cold atmosphere and as you are being watched from some dark corner of the room?

PS. Hugely inspired by Beksinski!

Done traditionally with graphite on paper. For more art and process behind it, you can find me at https://www.instagram.com/ogipavkovicart/

The Crimson Mistress!

Another dark character Illustration. This first started as rework of some older stuff but then it went into something new., plus I tried to push the atmosphere of this one bit further then usual. It was really fun to work on this piece :D

Also, yet again it was heavily inspired by art of Gerald Brom!

Heres copy paste for wiki about parabola-parable since they got it pretty well- A parable is a short tale that illustrates a universal truth; it is a simple narrative. It sketches a setting, describes an action, and shows the results. It may sometimes be distinguished from similar narrative types, such as the allegory and the apologue.
A parable often involves a character who faces a moral dilemma or one who makes a bad decision and then suffers the unintended consequences. Although the meaning of a parable is often not explicitly stated, it is not intended to be hidden or secret but to be quite straightforward and obvious.

Piece inspired by u/toolmusic song, Parabola!

This body, this body is holding me

Be my reminder here that I am not alone in

This body, this body holding me

Feeling eternal, all this pain is an illusion!

This was my first fully painted traditional illustration with combination of acrylics and watercolors! It's not perfect and there's much more to learn, but one step at a time :)

It is indeed! Totally forgot to mention Petes work alongside Beksinskis and Kirills as well... Angelarium and Petes work in general has lots of influence on me, and this piece was indeed heavily inspired by one of his paintings, maybe even just as NotaTumah have said, direct copy of it :)

Yes, thank you for sharing it! Absolutely forgot to mention him as well along side Kirill and Beksinski... Really love Pete and his work, plus he had a lot of influence on my art and themes! Indeed, that piece was one of main inspirations for this idea of burning out.
It feels heavy to say direct copy and paste, but if you feel that way from this piece, that might be true :/ Anyhow, thanks for sharing and reminding me once again, will do my best to mention my inspirations properly next time, take care!
