If only life was so cut and dry.

I grew up in the south shore of Boston. Somewhere between there and cape cod. Love it there for so many reasons. Lived in other parts of the country but will be staying here. AMA.

I went through the Levi’s crisis too. They definitely aren’t made like they used to be. They have become a fashion brand and not a utility brand. The closest I have come to the old school Levi’s is making sure they are 100% percent cotton. Not blended with 30% spandex or whatever. I still wear them because they have a wide variety of cuts that look good on my weird shaped ass. I have them saved on Amazon so I can grab a few when the price drops.

The owner just gave the company away to the environment too.

For work or play? If for work I picked up a Carhartt Sherpa lined vest. Good for fall raking or to wear under another jacket for when it gets colder. Tough canvas outer and nice tough brass zipper.

I have short term disability insurance. Was out a month last year with RSV. Helped a lot.

Yup. Or welding gloves. Bought welding gloves for my wife to use in kitchen. Hasn’t burned herself again since.
