More biking lanes, less criminal punishment for illegal drugs with more focus on rehabilitation.

Is that all from that one sign? It looks like the light pollution covers a couple miles from a 100ft screen.
I don't live where it bothers us so I'm genuinely asking if that's all from one sign, or just the general light pollution from the Sunshine/Campbell area.
I only ask as I drive by it every morning (before 5am), and it's bright, but not like a nuisance and I'm curious of a before and after if it's available.

Bagwell lights are probably the most famous in Springfield! Someone posted an interactive Christmas lights map not too long ago also.
I followed one of these a few years ago and was a little confused and disappointed, as in a lot of them were just basic Xmas lights on a house or none at all. But this was around 2018 and I imagine the recently updated is probably better.

Absolutely agree. The speed limits don't help my case though.
They always raise from 50 to 60 mph like two seconds before it turns to a passing lane, and I always feel like any driver who isn't aware of that just thinks I'm speeding up to prevent them from passing rather than matching the speed limit.
I almost feel like Republic to Aurora is some weird social experiment trying to make commuters angry. Billings is a wild horse. 60mph to 45 mph to 30mph to 45mph to 60mph in like a 1/2 mile. Never traveled a highway similar to it personally.

I feel that way at times too. Due to somewhat recent events I've been a bit more anxious from the tailgating, and remembered a question from my CDL driving test.
For fun, I'll give you the same multiple choices the test asked me for dealing with a tailgating driver.
Do you -
A.) Flash brakes and use turn signal indicating to let them pass
B.) Progressively slow down until they pass
C.) Pull over to the side of the road with hazards blinking to let them pass
D.) Point your finger out your window in the direction you want them to pass
I was kind of surprised at the correct answer
According to the test, the correct answer is >!B!<

My car has what is called adaptive cruise control and it can also tell the distance between you and the driver in front of you. Adaptive cruise control is when it matches the cars speed in front of you. 120 yards is the limit. Even with 100 yards at 60-70mph, 100 yards is about a 3 second delay which is what's recommended, and not incredibly excessive.
Agree with the left lane opinion though. Unfortunately there's only a few opportunities between the three opportunities of passing where the left lane is even an option.

Unfortunately the 20 mile drive between Springfield and Aurora only has about 3 miles of 4 lane highway, in which case I'm in the right lane.
Appreciate what you're saying though.
Edit: Republic and Aurora, not Springfield

Highly recommend not even including the Addams Family. It's intimate, fun, and whether you both like it, don't, or opinion varies, I bet it would be fun to talk about after.

Exceptions - Haunted houses, Springfield 8, Nature center, Killian and Lake Country sports complexes, Christmas parade, Dickerson Park zoo, the fair

I don't know the answer so I'm sorry for that, but will say trying to sell on Facebook Marketplace recently has been more detective work than an easy transaction for me.
At least in that department scammers have gotten better. Hopefully, someone has a valid suggestion. As far as I'm aware Ebay still seems legit.

For a serious answer I don't know how the downtown scene has changed, but I loved Patton Alley Pub. It's been at least a decade since I've been there, but at a younger age I felt it was a good environment. It wasn't a club, but it wasn't a hole in the wall, which Springfield has many of both of those if that's more along the lines of what you're looking for. If Patton Alley is still the same, I feel like it's a solid starter pub.

If you actually lived in Branson you would be converted to their shady ways and discrediting negative comments about it on Reddit.

I feel ya.
Particularly after Trump won, and after having countless arguments with close friends and family about our differing political views, I pretty much settled on empathizing with them as it was the only way I could even get my foot in the door for an actual conversation rather than us just regurgitating what we've heard from our own sources.
It kind of sucks, because I have pretty strong views on certain issues, but the same talking points that make so much sense to me also come across as attacks toward them. I realized presenting issues the way they were presented to me is completely ineffective in changing their minds without first empathizing with them.
Edit : e.g. the other response to your original comment will lead to nothing but a back and forth of your opinions without empathizing first. Redditors might back one of you more than the other, but it's not going to change either of your minds.
