Yes there is a house adjacent to Bullshead shopping center just past Sals Pastry shop, first house is being demolished to add 30-40 parking spots.

Just sharing what I heard from a business owner that Bullshead landlord is adding parking by demolishing a house adjacent and that Pepes pulled out. If it's not factual so be it but the source is legit....
