I haven’t actually done the adult thing and called though. Of course I lost a crown at Christmas dinner. Of course all the dentists in my area are closed today. I’m not sure how long it’ll take to get in even after the offices open. <sigh>

Headed over to our niece’s house this evening for dinner, and bless her heart for hosting since most of us aren’t up to doing it now. We don’t exchange gifts any more but it’ll be nice seeing family that we don’t see often.

My wife had her wrist, that she broke Saturday night, surgically repaired today. She has screws and plates and stuff in it and it’s swollen, but she got a nerve block so she’s feeling no pain right now. It’s phenomenal to me that surgeons can actually do this. It’s also phenomenal that all of the staff were unfailingly nice to her. I could never be that nice all day.
