If you say so... I'm just going off my own experience with cooking and eating... roast chicken is infinitely variable and you can get similar results using different techniques. It's not rocket science, it's heat and time. Also if you want to levitate a roast chicken, use a wire rack.

You can roast a chicken so it's more or less indistinguishable from rotisserie... Slow and low, with a burst at high heat to crisp it up. It's just really time consuming. But you end up with the same falling off the bone texture.

East of Hartford around UConn is all nice, small towns with easy proximity to the Hartford Metro. Coventry, willington, Mansfield, Tolland, all good schools with reasonable property values, nice big yards, not congested, etc.

I moved to new Jersey for 8 years... I don't regret it, but I came back here to settle down and raise kids. Property in north jersey was crazy expensive, lifestyle was very high stress, and traffic was horrible. There are parts of southwest CT that are just like Jersey, so when I say I came back here, I mean back east of the river.

Awesome so you go to work sick and pass that misery onto families that might not even get paid time off. That's messed up. Use the fml rules for sick family care if you have to take care of your kids
