You will remain eligible for Masshealth, even if your income changes. You can't enroll in a Health Connector plan.

Sorry but you also linked the wrong place. Everyone should be going to www.MAHealthConnector.org.

You really should only be using the Health Connector. You're risking getting scammed going anywhere else.

Well yes, it's all income based. Free is for the lowest income populations.

Their income isn't relevant unless they claim you as a tax dependent.

You're misinformed about the subsidies and should really reapply.
PolkaD0tMom t1_iun98hl wrote
This doesn't look like the Health Connector? Did you actually apply and get denied for subsidies for 2023?

Reply to HUSKY Health Insurance - Do I have to pay them back when I no longer qualify for it? by Background-Fan-4052
You have to report the change as soon as possible. But you'll remain eligible throughout the public health emergency. Income changes aren't affecting or changing your Husky eligibility during the PHE.
Filing taxes and paying back isn't a Husky thing, you're thinking of Marketplace insurance with Advanced Premium Tax Credits.

Yes! And even if they take some time to process the application, they backdate to when it was received so the sooner you send it, the better.

OP, you're not getting correct responses. Masshealth doesn't care if you have other insurance. That question is only to determine advanced premium tax credits eligibility for health connector plans.
Do you need help with the premium assistance process?

You still qualify for Masshealth. Even if you make $100/hr. You can't enroll in a Health Connector plan when you qualify for Masshealth.
