St Albans Place between 23rd and 24th aren't front gardens, but it's a pedestrian only block with a really cool central shared garden. One of my favorite places in the city that I wish were replicated more. Nearby Madison Square a block south is similar but smaller

They're likely finally cashing in on the real estate for redevelopment. It's the case for the Broad and Washington and the UCity ones

They (or other property owners in some cases) are cashing in on their real estate for redevelopment. I'd expect development here soon.

For my trial we had to meet at 9:15 AM. We never actually started on time. The latest we stayed was 4:30 PM, but we often left early if there wasn't enough time to call a new witness

So which is better and which is worse? On the flipside people are worried about rising home prices and the higher taxes and gentrification that comes with that. If we fixed the biases, which imo we should, won't this also lead to a higher tax burden?
