Mandarin Danvers is a great place for food. The restaurant itself is well lit, clean, recently updated interior. I never went any where else again

Currently the cheapest oil is approx $4.25/gal. Electricity from Nat Grid is about .33/KW, water and sewer rates are a little harder to determine but $20/1000 gal.
Many people have seen their electricity, gas, oil double this year. I don't know where those commentators are getting their info, but they seem quite low.

I don't see how this is legal. Are you paying the heat from your own meter? If this is some kind of odd setup where the heat is coming from one meter and everyone is getting billed for their portion ( monthly bill of $1000 divided by # of apts) then you should not be paying for others who do not pay their bills.

Fun fact, President Taft often visited and stayed in Beverly and the Rose Garden at Lynch Park was part of his Summer home.
Too bad my hometown is going to rack and ruin with over building.

There was a time in the early 90's called phone slamming, where someone would call a home or business, ask any question that would give a positive answer (yes, good, OK) and use that to switch people's telephone service without them knowing.
It's an old scam, but similar to yours.
PSA always treat unsolicited, strangers, as scammers first.

Reply to Lego moving its US headquarters to Boston by 2026 by scw
And people wonder why no one can afford to live in Boston. Boston has the real potential to become the next silicon valley housing nighmare. It already has priced many out, now unless you make millions, you are not going to live in Boston and surrounding areas.
Why does Lego have to move to Boston and not another area of the state to abate the over development, dense congestion, and turning Boston into a city that no one recognizes any more.
So long Boston, it was nice knowing you.

Good food, and for every $10 you spend you get a stamp on rewards card that you get a $10 gift certificate to the restaurant for 10 stamps. There are no restrictions and are very easy going.
There menu also has American food.

Their brains are not even fully developed yet, as well as not being able to comprehend the concept of gender. There is no reason to allow this to happen to children and does irreparable harm both physically and mentally to proceed with anything.
Leave them alone and allow them the time to fully decide for themselves instead of people moving too fast.
