If you have any paperwork that lists you being at that address that may work. If you have a lease, utilities, you may be able to use those instead. I would contact City Hall of your town and tell them your predicament. If you could register to vote, I would assume you had something that you can bring on election day.

WTF! Another example of how medicine is going down the tubes. Advocate for yourself and tell them you want to see another doctor. Try Beth Israel too. I would be concerned that with that comment they gave you, if any second opinion doctor associated with them would not just reaffirm the first dr anyways. Speak to the administrator if it comes to that.

Frankly, I think they are all scam artists. I brought my car for just an oil change to VIP in Manchester as I just moved to the area and did not know where anything really was. The suv was 2-3 yrs old. While waiting they came to me, a woman, and told me that my suv needed an alignment and showed me some fancy diagnostics. Knowing I was getting snowed, I thanked them and told them I would go to the dealer as it should still be under warranty. Never went back and never will. So feel free to use this excuse, or say your mechanic will look at is no matter what BS they try.

That's interesting as my recyclables have been rejected before for having something in the bin that they don't recycle.

You can't hide a mattress in a garbage bag, and clothes/textiles may get by if only a few, but throwing away anything that will fill a garbage bag may get caught.

If people want to have these picked up, they "must contact a trucking company" meaning $$$$$$

So under the guise of green/recyclables MA residents have just incurred another payment. When will people wake up and see the state has their hands in your wallets every single thing you do

So is this another cart before the horse idiocy? Is this going to be another revenue generating mandate where people are going to have to pay to get rid of this stuff? Is there going to be curbside pickup, or are people who are not equipped to drive these to some facility going to be SOL?

Another short sighted, ball massaging program that has no infrastructure to support it working? When are people going to learn, when are people going to demand that half baked ideas need to planned with the means to carry it out. When are MA residents going to see that they are getting charged or will be charged for everything they do.

The fun part is, stupid things like this are just going to get worse

What ever you do, DO NOT cheap out on something like this. Go to an ophthalmologist and ask who they recommend. We are talking about your eyes and there are people who have had horrible results. I believe that it has a good track record, but again make sure you go to a highly recommended place. There was one story I remember hearing where a woman had it done, it left her eyes feeling grainy and in pain. So much so she ended up taking her life because she could not continue to live like that.
