  • I had good long night's sleep.
  • Had a cup of coffee.
  • Went to the swimming pool.
  • Read a book.
  • Played my favourite computer game.
  • Ordered delicious takeaway for lunch.
  • Played with my cat for two hours.
  • Binged an amazing TV show before bed.
  • Went to bed early, feeling good and fell asleep immediately.

  • Woke up tired.
  • Lied on the floor, face down the whole day sad.
  • Went to bed after midnight, but couldn't fall asleep.
