If you are talking about the three on the right they are not. Literally all 8 of these guys are staring at this hole. They have been working on for 3 months

They are doing quite literally nothing. I live in eyeshot of rhe construction site. Everytime I look out the window it's 7 guys watching one guy dig

Idk about that I literally live on the square and walk around almost every night. I enjoy night time and have never heard a gunshot like ever.
