Beats being treated like cattle at RISE. If you aren’t medical at RISE you are second class. I got a good deal on their daily pop-up, and then the 20%, I will be back.

I did the TF Green to S. Station (last stop on line, but one stop after Back Bay) for four years.
A few times a month I would do the Amtrak route from PVD - I found I had to arrive extremely early in the AM to get a parking spot. Cheap as it is to park there, early bird gets the worm. I ask was able to choose my days to be in office, and they were flexible. I recommend being flexible beyond T / W / Th - those are likely the same days chosen as everyone else with such flexibility. Randomly, a Friday in the office that ended with a train ride home was a calming start to the weekend. I knew when I got off the train I was done for a few days. More life balance than budget/convenience I suppose. Get your Amtrak tickets or pass as advanced as possible. Also, just to say you’ve done it, consider doing the commuter rail now and then. Builds character, not that I assume you have none. It’s one of those gotta try it’s if you’re going to be part of the Rhody to Boston masses.

When I lived on Mass Ave in PVD, the best pizza recommendation I ever received was a four minute walk, in Cranston. My recommendation request was very strict geographically, PVD only, but someone wasn’t listening and had to make a Cranston recommendation. I love people who don’t listen.

You’ll be shopping for a place on the east side of PVD in eight months. I did that commute for 4 years. Deep throating a cactus is more enjoyable. I bought a house here and only get back to Cambridge once or twice a year.

May I also inquire, if they have a pickup/delivery driver? You see, like my reflection in this mirror it is heavy and awkward - I would shatter it going solo. Certainly the best in the business would accept additional fees from me for providing this service? I could call but I like their rhyming Reddit rep better, for now.

Mmmmm…only perk from Summit days were the budtenders comp budgets. Used to get a free .5 pre roll here and there just for being polite. Other than that, it was a shit show beforehand. If they would get a grip on the medical side and start treating rec as equals (humans) it would be a step forward.

If you’re not already, work with a buyers agent. Our situation was similar, and then we selected an agent. They lined up private showings in our price range, most often before the house hit the market, and we found our home very quickly.
The seller paid our agents fees. Good luck.
