I get what you’re saying, but the assumption you’re making is that the businesses are doing this to support kids. That’s not the reason for NIL. The businesses are getting endorsements/advertising to support the business, the fact that athletes benefit is secondary. Anyway, I think as another poster said, the dollars involved and number of athletes benefiting will be minimal. ✌🏾

Natural gas should be cheap and plentiful and also the cleanest of all the fossil fuels. Democratic policies of increasing taxes, increasing regulations(costs to the businesses) and telling the companies they are ending the industry all contribute to higher costs and prices to the consumers. It’s just a fact twist it all you want. Supply and demand, there is a tremendous supply, always has been. Demand, the same people want to be warm this year as when Trump was president. Dem policies drive prices up, deal with it

You’ll find plenty of options in your price range. I own several duplexes in Ambler and Lansdale and I get roughly on average $1900/mo for a 2 bedroom. No vacancies currently. I don’t know the apartment buildings too well, but both Ambler and Lansdale have revitalized downtowns, so I’m sure you’ll find something you like. Good luck
