My solar system went online on September and I'm looking at about a 6 year RTO. My electric bills have been $0 but I still have to pay down the cost of the install.

I have the LG 16kwh battery since I'm in the country where power outages are frequent and can be for days.

Better efficiency over the life time than mine. Are you getting a battery too?

I like having a $0 electric bill. Granted it's going to take me about 6 years to recoup the cost of the installation but after that I'm just building credits.

I doubt either of the designs are legal since neither are legible at 100' in accordance with RI law given his the blues are too close in hue.

I saw a few signs for clean fill wanted whole driving around but it read before I saw your message. There is a Richmond FB group which you could ask on to get a better idea.
I think that one of the locations was on RT 3 North of the state police barracks

Rockspot in Wakefield or Lincoln for climbing. The Wakefield location is in the same parking lot as Whalers brewing.

I'm picking one point out, schools.
I've been looking at various rankings and RI schools vary from 10th in the country to 27th which I wouldn't call abysmal. Our schools definitely have room for improvement but the rankings say they aren't as bad as you seem to think they are.

Your can check out historical import stats here https://www.eia.gov/dnav/pet/hist/LeafHandler.ashx?n=pet&s=mcrimus1&f=m and we actually import less than we used to

I guess it's a good thing that I don't watch the news and try to make sure anything I read comes from a range of sources. Things are currently bad around the entire world and got so after the war started which isn't the Democrats fault. The price is wheat is up because the first and second largest exporters are at war with each other that leads to highest food prices. The cost of fossil fuels are up because one of the largest exporters is being boycotted which puts a strain on other sources AND OPEC reduced their export by millions of barrels/day.
Sure though, blame the Democrats🙄

I also used duckduckgo which gave the same results. I don't have a good answer for you other than we are in an age where we area inundated by reports of what's going on whereas we hadn't been so it's makes it seem like everything is going into the toilet
