With that budget you can go look down in Fairfield and the surrounding area then.

Seen firsthand what is involved with natural material maintenance and no thanks. Also, there are more colors available than there used to. As it is, want to replace my wood deck also to avoid the maintenance.

As someone who lives in your town and long ago used to do Waterbury->Grand Central->Poughkeepsie several times and have lived in several train station towns (Waterbury/Shelton/Bridgeport/Poughkeepsie), do yourself a favor and drive down to Bridgeport or Samford and take the train from there. Will save you a lot of time.

Can't even clearly tell if you painted PR wrong (spoiler alert, should be orange) because you didn't even leave any pixels for small islands in the map.

It's a good movie. The one Jim Carey movie I can't stand to watch is Cable Guy because it's just plain bad.

Reply to This satellite photo shows development in the Northeast. The one dark spot in CT-MA is a National Heritage Corridor (The Last Green Valley). Pristine woodlands, clear clean rivers. Half the size of the Grand Canyon; 85% undeveloped. Learn more on Amazing Tales CT: https://AmazingTalesCT.Podbean.com by CTHistory42
"One dark spot"
Looks at Litchfield County and western MA, and it looks way darker and larger. 395 has way more light pollution in that picture than Rt 8. From having driven through most of that western part it's plenty dark and underdeveloped.

With no kids, and considering the state as a whole, New Haven and West Hartford would be the two best option. If you have to stick to Fairfield County though, then just try somewhere close to downtown Fairfield.

You'll be fine. I was a minority living in Wolcott which votes even more heavily, and it was always fine. By the way, Dr Bartfeld there is a wonderful pediatrician if you need one.

It's weird and every time the state tries to make things easier it's a super tiny step approach instead of just removing the artificial price/location controls.
