Or you know, don’t speed.

It’s amazing how driving the speed limit will not only be safer for everyone, but also prevent fines, and also be more fuel efficient, and let’s be honest, you all bitch about someone who drives fast down your street.

So drive the speed limit and be a good motorist.

Life would be so much more enjoyable if everyone obeyed the traffic laws, you’d start see less crosses on the side of the highway and less candle memorials at intersections.

If this is your first time being away for an extended period of time, it’s always a good idea to let the faucet run for a few seconds before consuming what comes out.

Sometimes the water can become stagnant and some leeching from the pipes can occur.

As for the quality of Providence Water, we have without a doubt some of the best water in this country, second only to Portland, ME on a large system.

So you’re perfectly safe drinking it.

Sounds like backbreaking work.

Also sounds like a role many kids used to fulfill when I was there. Every “senior” student, or whomever was deemed responsible and wanted to, on the bus was delegated to be the watchful eye on the younger kids. Something we all did to foster responsibility and being good kids.

Also, I don’t know who the “rest of us” is, considering the Catholic Church is still very much the prominent religion within RI and even non practicing are still supportive.

So maybe you, and some other weird non social friends hate the Catholic Church, but that’s far and few in between.

I look down on everyone.

Especially someone who I have reason to believe is full of shit and telling a fairy tale.

You’ll notice, this person hasn’t actually said what the purported “work” was. Nor has he given a time frame for reference.

He states these people were mandatory reporters, which hasn’t been around forever, nor is it absolute and obvious.

For all we know, this kid was told to do something kids in the school did already.

I highly doubt the validity to this story from my personal experience within the school which was many years ago, back when schools were very, very different and kids still got spanked.

Why would anyone at any private school tell you anything about their practices, alumnae or not?

Based on this somewhat rambling rant you’ve posted, I’m inclined to assume there’s a bit more to this story, and I say this as a former Monsignor Clarke and Prout student.

This doesn’t seem legit in any shape or form.

I love seeing people comment on how things used to be cheaper.

It’s almost like you want these prices: https://www.thepeoplehistory.com/20sfood.html

Which is fine by me, just don’t get upset if you’re hourly wage is $0.75 and the children are back where they belong, the factories.

Prices will always increase. Every year, every decade.
