I don’t want to be this person, but I feel an iPhone upgrade with 256GB or more storage would be perfect for you.

For now, I’d go through Alight Motion for things you don’t need, as well as consider backing up your photos to the cloud.

Any iPhone sold along with the iPhone 12 or later had a version sold without the brick. Includes the 11 and the SE 2020 (which was sold with a power brick before the 12s came out).

I personally take a No charger with me. Nothing wrong with a Yes charger though.

Honestly I don’t mind, I liked the feel of the home button when I had my iPhone 8. Just don’t remove the charging port.
