His other comments, along with the lack of post history, made me think it’s a hack or a troll. Either way, yeah…. It’s weird

I have a feeling I’m somewhere in the middle to beginning of the circuit. There’s lots of places in Castle Shannon that lose power at the drop of a hat, but I only seem lose mine when it’s an actual storm or something real.
I appreciate the help tho

Do you know of a map or website or whatever that could show where a house is located along a circuit? I never knew this was a thing, and I’m curious where my place is located along the line.

Winds are gonna be super bad. Trees and poles are definitely going to be knocked over. Without question, there will be power outages.
How widespread? Where? Nobody knows. But it is DEFINITELY going to happen somewhere at some point.

I hit that around 4:55. Traffic was already backed up to Whited. Thank god I could pull a U-turn and go over Becks Run. I knew that was gonna be fucked

There’s a Steeler game. I’ll just assume it has to do with that.

I didn’t want to get specific with the jersey, but in my head it’s always a Sweed or Mendenhall jersey. Never a current player. Maybe I should’ve added the part about “former borderline player” haha?

It’s a Tuesday at 1:30 in the afternoon, and I’m wearing a professional football team jersey, pretending it’s actually a shirt, while doing grocery shopping.

Honestly.
I’m atheist now (GASP! Someone raised Catholic who is now atheist?! How rare lol) and I can guarantee I’ve learned more about religion and the Bible and all that on my journey to becoming an atheist than I did in all those years of daily religion classes and twice-weekly masses.

Yep. 82-95. K-7 school, 6-12 altar boy. Never once heard that. We learned the names like apse and sacristy and all that. But never was told what the red candle meant.

Okay, that’s mind boggling as well. I feel let down since I was an altar boy for 7-8 years too. That candle was always just lit, we never needed to care about it. That should’ve been mentioned, but not knowing sex before marriage was a sin is unreal.
Glad I left all that malarkey behind

You know what, I went to Catholic school for 8 years.
Not once was it ever mentioned about the red candle meaning Jesus was present in the Eucharist. It was just another candle to us, and held no special meaning.
How’d they leave that out of our teachings?

Right? I feel like maybe if someone invented a light to put at one end of the tunnel as a warning system to stop traffic. Maybe blue? Or purple? Not sure what colors could be used, just spitballing……

Eggs N Moore on Shiloh St.
They were in Arlington for 3-4 years, and just moved to a Shiloh a month or so ago. Their food is always amazing, and now they’re only a block away from Grandview. One of the best breakfast spots I’ve ever been to.

Mystery Lovers was a wonderful ship the one time I was there to meet Pearls Before Swine author Stephan Pastis. If Oakmont wasn’t like an hour drive for me, I would definitely shop there more often.

I know plenty of bars I can take my kids to for lunch, but they aren’t allowed there at night.

Moms are like that.
Mine tried to still make Easter happen in 2020 right after everything locked down. It took all of the kids/step-kids telling her we weren’t coming over under any condition for her to finally have it click.
Sometimes subtlety doesn’t work.
