I've been saying this for years. Objective enforcement is the only way forward. Since we've de facto decided that urban traffic enforcement by live stops is problematic and we aren't doing it, we must enforce the rules by other means. Speed cameras/stop light cameras and auto detection of expire plates etc is the only way. There is no other option, really. We'll come around to it by default, eventually. Hell, DC has stop sign cameras for christsake. The only thing standing in the way is the PA legislature.

Tile lab tile cleaner. Something very mild. Don't use strong vinegar solutions. Honestly Cinderella method is best. Hands and knees and two buckets and a regular ass hand scrub.

Looks like a POTS line to me.

Old two wire service has been eliminated in most of Philadelphia in favor of VOIP via Fios or comcast. Verizon got permission a few years ago to convert it all. I had one fall down, I just cut the wire threw it out.

If it's two wires coming out of the end, it's probably POTS.(plain old telephone service)

Recycling is bullshit and has been since the beginning. Metal is the only thing that's working. Think of all the plastic you recycled in the 90s and 2000s. Now imagine some elderly Chinese or Vietnam person wading through your plastic in what was once a verdant river valley or plain. Because that's where it's at. We were fooled and the corpos lied to us.

I only put cans out. Period.

If we had a thorough system for recycling that would work, but what we have now isn't working.

Even the plastic in states with deposits is mostly landfilled

It means the property on this corner is zoned in a way that allows mid rise residential with commercial first floor by right. The other three corners are zoned CMX4, which can be quite a bit taller, like 11 stories by right with bonuses, or 22 stories with half lot coverage. Or so. My point is clarke SUCKS because he's responsible for this disparity, and furthermore he's responsible why this mega corner with subway stops /trolley stops and wide streets on both sides isn't all CMX5(skyscraper zoning) by right, as broad street should be from Oregon to the boulevard

Hence:

MANDATORY SKYSCRAPERS

This is a CMX2.5 property, which means it can be 55' by right, and 70 + with bonuses, first floor commercial. The fucked up thing is all other corners are CMX4, which is sub skyscraper zoning. This corner should absolutely be CMX5, skyscraper by right. The trolley, the sub both have stops here. Thanks Darrel Clarke!

Edit:

MANDATORY SKYSCRAPER
