You've been lucky! When we had a fire in our home, we rented a condo. Top floor. People below and next to us smoked so much pot that it was like we had been smoking in our rental. Not to mention the "ladies " coming in and out on certain nights after midnight and keeping us awake. Then there's the God awful music. People need to realize that when you live in an apartment or condo, that you are responsible to your neighbors to not disturb them.

So glad to be home after 15 months of HELL!

Route 80 on the east haven/ New haven line. I feel sorry for people who live right there.

It was a very dark area. Absolutely no lights. Not far from the EHPD. I was just telling my husband about this.

People need to slow down. Get off phones and just drive and pay attention. There's an elderly gentleman that usually walks his black and white pit bull over there. I hope it wasn't him.

I miss Dr. Mel! He used to get so excited about storms.

I remember one hurricane and he was out on his deck at his home on the water in East Haven. He was so excited. Hair was blowing and he was laughing! There's a bench on the beach dedicated to him.
