Children died on route to hospital. Children were shot AFTER the cops arrived. Children were still alive after the cops arrived. The cops inaction is completely indefensible.

It's entirely fair to blame the cops for every single kid who died after they arrived. Which is a non zero number. And frankly, at the point where the cops are directly responsible for a non zero number of children's deaths is when the actions of the cops become completely and utterly indefensible.

Who do you think was doing the screaming and crying in the video footage of the cops standing around if all the kids were already dead ? How come there were survivors of the shooting if all the kids were immediately dead ?

No they were not. It is a known fact that that ISN'T true. You can hear children screaming and crying on the Videos where the cops are standing around doing fuck all. One kid was killed after a cop told him during a 911 call to yell something, after which the shooter found the kid and shot him.
