Mostly because of the Super Right Republicons in the PA legislatior which will be replaced by the Democrats who are much more reasonable and realistic in their governing. I pay $ 280 to run the Turnpike in my Big truck, absolutely Brutal. PA also has some of the highest fuel taxes in the country too
