Of all the places to take a stand…yeah. Makes sense here. Nothing appropriative about yoga…🤦🏻‍♀️

Gansett meets at 6pm every Wednesday. 3.1 and 5 mile options, all paces welcome. It’s primarily on the bike path, you can certainly turn around whenever you want. It’s a really great group.

There’s a Tuesday night group that leaves from the gazebo in garden city, but I’m having trouble finding the start time.

November Project isn’t a run group, but a free fitness group with some running. We meet on Wednesdays at 6:01 at the pedestrian bridge.

Sounds like you’re talking to classist assholes…there’s absolutely nothing about RIC having a bad reputation that’s legitimate. It’s an accredited school that offers the same degrees as any other “big name” school without the price tag. I left with a double major BA and a Masters degree with 1/4 the debt of anyone else in my peer group who went elsewhere.

Woonsocket and North Providence are wildly different. NP is very much a suburb of providence, whereas Woonsocket is…Woonsocket. If you have/want children, the NP school system is ranked significantly higher. It’s also in great proximity to PVD and everything you’d want to do in the city - I’ve rarely paid more than $10 for an Uber on the weekend.

I’m saying that people who say “I don’t see how race has anything to do with it” and who don’t understand the type of dogwhistles this kind of post can bring out are generally of a particular type.
