I started at west side a year and a half ago as a total beginner and I can’t sing their praises highly enough. Sure, some poses are hard but modify modify modify. It’s an incredibly welcoming environment. They’re actually about to run a yoga foundations course for two weekends in January with Court Morgan - she is spectacular! Give the 30 days for $30 deal a shot and I bet you’ll love it. Nick is one of the teachers who has a more foundational approach - 18 months into it I feel like I’m learning as well as practicing in his classes.

Honestly, sounds right for electric heat. I had an 800 sq foot apartment three winters ago, kept it at 63 and my heating bill was like $300 on average.

It would be a boneheaded move to NOT take advantage. They have incredible programs for modernization and efficiency. I replaced my entire heat/hot water system (which was almost 30 years old) with a 0% loan facilitated by the program. Then they came in and did nearly $7k of insulation work for $0 which made a HUGE difference in heating costs.

Gas heat at 68 during the day, 65 at night upstairs where we spend our time. Downstairs is at 58. Total square footage about 1700. Had RISE come in spring of 21, insulation was done. Before the credit the gas bill this month was $100.

Yeah….no. You’re obviously leaving something out. The courts are heavily invested in 50/50 custody unless there’s presentation of evidence which warrants less. Four days a month tells me you’ve got some skeletons you aren’t sharing here.

The residences at Brentwood are a solid choice if they’re in your budget. They’re pretty nice, the neighborhood is very safe - very suburban but you’re ten minutes out of downtown providence.
