If someone is buying it for cash to likely knock it down, your living conditions are irrelevant to the deal in the end. But get actual legal help. Find out who his agent is re the sale (unless it’s a FSBO?). Chat them up. Agents want a smooth deal and even if your landlord is being a jerk, the agents going to want this to go As smoothly as possible.

I’m salty about it bc I said the food was good and the wait staff was nice and you assumed the back story was known and jumped down my throat. We’ve never had bad food and the staff has always been kind and friendly. All of that is still true. Knowing more about her being a hot mess is useful info but I’m not going to lie and say we’ve had a bad experience based on your take on social media. We haven’t.

Oh please . The food is great and the wait staff is great (meaning her staff never had her wait on us so don’t know). Don’t look at her IG then but it’s great food.

Didn’t know the PVD backstory!

Not enough to make it Worth it for quality of life v pvd! Attleboro is boring as hell. And barely makes a dent in the commute. Attleboro is the suburbs / pvd is city life so if that’s your goal ……I know many friends who drive from Sharon and Mansfield to come to the PVd farmers market and restaurants for example. The quality of life here is totally worth it.

Comparable in Attleboro maybe but to take a chunk out of travel time the rent goes up much higher! Like orders of magnitude higher.

I think walking to the train from most of those places year round is ambitious. Walking down to north main means you have to walk up. Hence the 1 bus. I’m not saying it’s impossible but I know very few people who actually do that on foot (maybe e bike tho?). I mean I agree with the post of choices but think the idea of walking from mt hope in bad weather or winter is……. Not ideal.
