Thank you for allowing your land to be hunted! I agree with the earlier post stating that you have the right to take it down. However, a note would be nice.

Lots of people don't comprehend that utility companies own the wires, not the trees. They ask permission to trim or remove trees, and if you say no, they can't touch it beyond a very small window around the wires as it is not their property. So if you have a neighbor that won't let them take the trees down, it's actually his fault your lights went out.

Winds that high for that amount of time are gonna equal a dark Christmas folks. If people would allow utilities to cut their trees down, we would have a lot better chance. Easy to blame the utility or the tree trimmers, but the reality is your neighbor that owns the tree has to give permission to cut it. If they don't give permission, you can thank them for the lights going out.

Young people can't afford homes. And now their entitled boomer parents are tipping over left and right. Where do you put all the crap they insisted you save for the next generation of family that can't afford a home because the rich are getting richer? Storage units.

Trump, or more honestly, Trumpism has completely destroyed the Republican party. It's over. Republican is now a dirty word, and I don't see how the party could ever possibly come back from it. I still believe in my heart that the vast majority of Americans are moderates. Republicans used to get alot of those moderates when the democrats were going full left wing moonbat. But now the majority of the Republicans in Washington have gone just as far off a different deep end. I like Sununu alot. But, he's gonna have his work cut out for him trying to win over the voting public as a somewhat moderate Republican, now that the party name has been so disgraced.

Yep. Up until 2016 I was a republican. Once the party nominated Trump they lost me. So I became an independent. And as I look at who the Republican party is offering, I can see it dying. The right wing and the left wing are connected to the same bird, but nominating people that don't believe in anything will most likely be the parties downfall.
