A better life pro tip would be to genuinely thank people for doing nice things for you and every once I'm a while bring something up nice they did that you are still thankful for. Genuinely expressing appreciation, and reminding them that they are important to you.

You will immediately be transferred to a real person by BigSpoonFullOfSnark
Best shot, say something weird. System recognizes that you're trying to say something and will verify a bunch of times and then get you to someone. Pressing random buttons or staying silent is more likely to result in disconnect or etc because it has been engineered to do that to discourage people trying to skip the line.
