Correct, the electro magnet that actuates the claw can be set to different strengths, essentially a random payout algorithm. How many times have we seen the claw perfectly grapple a item only for it to fall right off. We see this happen, know why it happened yet, we put in another dollar? I can walk past a slot machine, but those dam claw machines draw me in like a magnet.

The irony is those so called homeless people at one time paid taxes, essentially cementing their stake in public lands. We all have a right to public property. The State owns nothing, we the people are the State, we own the land. If I ever become homeless, the first thing I would to is head out to the woods of western RI and build a cabin on “State” land.

You need to write the bar association. Your lawyer is a deadbeat, it’s not uncommon in Rhode Island. Fire him and request a complete refund, being he refuses to go to trial. Hire another lawyer who will do the work. Saul Goodman for example.

Well, they have cameras at every cultivation center and RIDBR has access to them 24/7. So I suppose they could look for evidence of pesticide spraying. I don’t know if the RI law or DBR rules even have a provision for fines in this case. This of course is likely the last time they would be able to get away with it. Unless of course a grower made a financial contribution to the testing company.

You can have your purchase independently tested, but that is obviously cost prohibitive. I wonder what if any protections you have for prior banned pesticides being in your medical cannabis. I would think civil litigation would be a possible route if your health has suffered. Hopefully going forward you don’t have this issue anymore. If the rash problem does go away then you would have your answer as well.
