When you go online it registers your Player Name and age. That would be hard to deny. Plus it's an open product. The person who purchased it is responsible if it was opened.
In my opinion yes. It means that people can easily purchase and download a video game at any time and that means a lot of money for the Console Maker and the Video Game industry.
The GameSphere that you are talking about from Drake and Josh is not a video game console. It is a round boombox that is flat at the bottom. The GameSphere from SouthPark is part of a ball that sits on a dock.
