Your videos and photos should be turning out excellent. iPhones especially newer ones are known for video quality. Definitely get it checked out by apple.

Don’t worry about battery health. Replace the battery after 2-3 years which is the average and that’s it.

Yeah video calls can do it. Although the 14 Pro Max overall in my experience rarely gets warm even if I’m playing games or using the camera. But FaceTime after say 10 minutes gets it warm.

I only see this issue in certain lower light conditions right before night mode kicks in. Otherwise daytime pics look excellent. See about changing photographic styles if your constantly having issues. If that doesn’t help you could have more of an issue.

You get used to it. You also have to take into consideration this is essentially a two handed device which makes the weight even less of an issue. Unless you have massive hands don’t expect to ever use this one handed.

Let me just say I know three android users who tried the Z Fold 3 and 4 none of them owned the phone for more than a few months. It’s a cool idea in concept but it’s a chunky phone with multitasking leaving much to be desired. So many people I know end up using the smaller closed screen vs the hassle of opening the internal.

For many people the compromises aren’t worth it.

Yep no issues, even 16.2 was mostly stable for me.

I’ve had no major issues with my 14 Pro Max and all the minor bugs have essentially been eliminated. Very pleased with the phone.

Why would it be better? The 14 Pro Max is not only newer but has better cameras and a brighter screen with AOD if you need it. If you want/need a phone now the 14 Pro Max is excellent no need to wait unless your current phone is fine.

The slightly larger screen is virtually imperceptible and in no way should used to differentiate the phones. It comes down to if you want/need high refresh rate, more cameras and if you don’t mind the weight of the Max etc.

Same size screen as the Max. It’s a fine phone but some people may be better off with the Pro Max. If it’s what is in your budget for a new phone and you simply want a big screen, solid battery life and great cameras and don’t want something as heavy as the Max it’s a good option.

Pics shouldn’t be grainy, first try a different photographic style and make sure the lenses are clean. If none of that helps you may have an issue with the camera.

Based on how you are describing it sounds more like a hardware defect.

Try updating to 16.3 if that doesn’t help you may have hardware issues. Since release my 14 Pro Max has been very stable.
