Pretty sure they plan to just re-engineer their level 4 vehicles with a package launcher a la paperboy when level 5 systems come online.

I'm disappointed low degree angles don't let you skip the asteroid like throwing a stone across a river.
How come no fireball for a 5 degree angle impact?
