I’m a mail carrier in PA and the mail ballots get treated above and beyond any mail piece. Management personally drives them to the county courthouses so they make it. It’s one of the very few things USPS gets right.

I see all these horror stories about voting by mail but here in Mercer our ballots come quick and get returned quick. Must be lucky and have a great election staff.
