Agreed - my thoughts in general.
No question that there are "bad pies" out there, but the search is always fun!

LOL - my wife is from CT, and I LOVED the old Pizza Palace in Fairfield, run by Greeks, BTW.

I come from an old Virginia mercantile family, and have many nail barrels I use around the house as trash bins - a great way to repurpose these old beauties.
