My building’s average price is over $10m and we always allowed pets to use the normal elevator. Then after years, they recently changed the policy so that it doesn’t matter if you’re an owner or dog walker, you have to take service. New board apparently has some anti dog people. Which is ridiculous if you know some of these owners.
Anyway, we protested by just ignoring the rules. Currently, only one unit uses service and we all use normal. Sometimes you just have to get all your neighbors together to fight.

Ya, people don't realize how old skyrim is, and/or how fast phones are nowadays.

Theres reporting on it, albeit it’s not headline news. My feeling is that people both don’t care about news from non-English speaking nations and think cartel violence is normal there.
Much like there’s daily gang violence im Brazil and it never gets reported.

Threat of violence is a crime, buddy boy, so is yelling such threats outside a cafe.

I saw a woman yelling outside of a cafe telling another woman to come out so she can “fuck [her] up”. I continued walking and half a block down I saw a parked police car with two cops. I told them what happened and said I was afraid the woman might do something violent. They nodded and continued chatting. I waited and they didn’t get out or drive forward.
As I walked off, they still made no attempt to move toward the cafe.
NYPD is utterly trash.

That’s actually amazing. This would be unironically $40-50 where I live.

This is actually a HORRIBLE summary. It’s short and skips almost everything.

That unfortunately impossible. That’s just not how American culture is like. As a New Yorker, I literally see half eaten pizza, bagels, and crap on the street every day. New trains get graffitied or worse yet just carved with keys within a month.
We just have to accept this is the way our culture is.

Thank you for your explanation. So basically, it’s propel who are homeless with no prospects of being homed, as oppose to those who could potentially get themselves out of the situation.

What’s chronic homelessness? I thought you’re either homeless or not.

Just complain to management? Give them the unit number, floor number or just description of the dog. They’ll warn them, then issue fines.
