They seem to get a lot more snow and they gain much more elevation. I think the issue might be the grade is sustained for longer.
Its hard to describe it but its like driving in fresh pow lol.

Yeah they are also good for dumps of deep snow on steep hills which is common out west.

Because out west they have chain enforcement stations.

Edit: I do have to add though route 9 does do chain enforcement for semis.

Cochrans is a great ski area. One of my favorite establishments in the state. Its not the type of place you fly across the country to go to. Especially if you know how to ski already.

Some of the cars in this were required to be towed from private lots. Even if they had permission from the lots owner.

They just cracked down in the burlington area HARD on cafes. I can think of at least 3 or 4 that recently got cited.
