I'd sell when you can. We had horrible neighbors with thin walls and 2 young kids. They never left the house and their kids were constantly running around like animals. Not the kid's fault that the parents just didn't give a shit about them or their lives, but still...they also threw shit in the yard constantly, hung shit out their windows, and had a monster AC half hanging out their window ready to take someone else.

Complained about them more times than I can count but nothing ever changed. They were renters that finally moved out but we were close to selling because they were a nightmare to deal with being loud af at all hours.

Good luck hope you can figure something out.

I can definitely see this. They're super shady I went there some years ago they slid percentages over on paper like some kind of drug deal was super weird. Was desperate and got a non Kia used car worth about 10k there regret it and they didn't help with any issues the car had immediately after purchase such as engine shaking, radio not working in the cold, ext. Was a rogue would also never buy one of those again lol.

Called to complain and the sales person we dealt with at the time was apparently let go or left very soon after our visit. The owner is a dink as well. I wouldn't suggest this dealership to anyone.

Bought a car from grappone a few years after never looked back. They know how do it right.

Funny thing is the last time they shorted him, the person just gave him a bottle with the extra meds and the same label printed didn't check ID or anything. The manager said their numbers matched which makes us think the person stole them. We both counted 2 times each the same night getting them but they were closed by the time we did so he called the next morning. That's crazy mistakes like that aren't supposed to happen you'd think these things would be more carefully handled.

I switched to walgreens from this riteaid due to weird issues and haven't had a problem since. They don't even have a camera over the people counting... I find this so weird lol

There's a limited 7 day period and the person was shorted over 3 days of meds this last refill. Thankfully it isn't more tight of a timeline, but still not great as we don't know if this med was shorted previously either. He started counting them since the last time he was short recently on another med.

We actually did and she couldn't have cared less. She hung up on him and we went in to talk instead. She didn't look concerned at all. She's the one that confirmed they have no checks or balances on any med counts including the controlled substances. Likely will contact both corporate and the board as this is the 3rd time just for them. Thanks!

That's all they do is read the subject line and assume based on that lol. None of them actually do research and think for themselves. This is how we have crazies in seats of power.

Probably a good plan to keep an eye out but definitely try to visit the areas as well, it should help your decision.

We got a condo in 2019 when it was just starting to pick up but condos imo suck and I don't want to live close to people anymore haha. We've been considering moving out of state closer to my SO's fam since NH prices are crazy and the job market is not great with the cost of living here at the moment. We're in Concord currently and I do really like Concord, if you're willing to be somewhere with little to no nightlife, it is a good place to be.

Sometimes we get comedians at the Capitol center of the arts, but it is often more small/medium-time attractions. Manch has the SNHU arena so it is quite a bit more lively. It is only a 30min drive so it isn't too bad though.

I'd say so. Manchester has 2 decent-sized hospitals and decent places to eat and probably some night life. It also has "Mall of NH" and other shopping options.

Hooksett may be a decent place to start checking. I'm unsure what the housing market looks like atm since I stopped looking as often while the craze was going on. Seems to be calming down a little now. Outskirts of Manch may not be too bad either.

higher in cost but nice areas:

Goffstown

Bedford

Most cities will be closed to gym/medical facilities.

I'm not sure if anywhere has nightlife in NH. Concord doesn't really, most things are quiet by 6/7PM. Maybe Manchester, but not sure if I'd consider Manchester after dark safe. I doubt you will have much luck getting a house with 1 acre in the cities unless you have a good amount down on a house like 500k+.

Lawyer up.

Get a place in both NH and where my SO's family is.

Toss a bunch of money at fam/buds, and a few other people I see on my shopping runs. And our elderly neighbor who should be retired but can't in this shit system.

Start a dog rescue. (and help out some good charities.)

Snuggle pups every day and live happily ever after.

I recently got a good deal at Grappone for some Yokohamas. Not sure if the deal is still going. I'd also say BJs/Sams Club would be good they also had decent pricing when I was calling around.

I would suggest you avoid Midus, they were a bit shady imo when I was asking about pricing and whatnot.

I have been getting so many in my mailbox too. Nice try, I throw that shit out as quick as it comes. Stop wasting paper to trash talk. Also stopped looking at WMUR because it's so loud as well. Can't even mute or turn it down.

I hear good things about contennial. The Hotel Concord may be a little higher in cost but being on mainstreet may be nice if you do not have a way to get around. Good coffee and food on mainstreet. If you enjoy coffee, I would recommend Revelstoke, their coffee is great. There is also "Tru" I think owned by Hilton that is fairly new and not far from the center of Concord.

Hope you have a nice stay!
