Spacex is already way in the lead and growing that lead.
They don’t need anyone else to push them to go as fast as is seemingly possible.

Don't worry about it. Chances are we're just a simulation - you didn't exist a moment ago, your memories are fabricated, and it will be shut off randomly in the future.

I asked him for a source and he got really upset, too. Apparently asking for links is "toxic"

You make claims, you provide sources. You didn't even give any names to base a search off of.
> I don't wish to engage in conversation with you.
Great, but then don't even waste my time telling me you don't want to.
Talk about toxic.

Please provide links to what you’re referring to.

It’ll be interesting if nasa disagrees with it being safe.

A fitting coming loose or something isn't a hole but was a possibility for why it was leaking.

How many sources do you need?
Also it’s disappointing how bad people are at googling.

Employees speak on how they are treated by continuing to work there and succeed.
People that work at spacex and Tesla would not be hard pressed to find other jobs.

There are many of those that don't come anywhere near.
It's Musks leadership that differentiates spacex.
Is his leadership style all happy feelgood all the time? Heck no. But is it effective in empowering engineers to solve massive problems quickly? Evidence strongly points to yes.

His established companies are consistently ranked the top two places to work. At least for engineers.

Edit perhaps “two of the top” would be more accurate but regardless the point still stands that they are considered great places to work.

SLS cannot support anything more than footprints. As long as it's a part of the moon missions it will just be infrequent visits.
edit: it simply cannot launch often enough.

They were supposed to launch in 2016 so they've exceeded that by a LOT.

When something has a non-zero possibility that means it can happen.
As long as when you say there's a 15% chance of stuff happening, about 15% of the time it happens, you're doing your job.

Having a long time after the murder began to easily stop the murder is how you differentiate.
It’s VERY simple.
Other things involve doing something dumb but it not being blatantly obvious that it would 100% kill someone.
The guy stood by while the cop took minutes to slowly kill the guy.
Holy shit. I’m done. You’re making me dumber by trying to argue these other things are anywhere near the same.
