I had a spike in anxiety related to a person I didn’t want to see. Sure enough, my guts went into full IBS mode and took me out for a couple of days. Thanks, IBS!

There was a pod of Orcas identified in the Gulf in 2016 but I don’t know if they are still there.

Yep, we’re seeing a lot of cases in the community clinic - it’s very concerning, especially with the flu season just starting and we have new variants of COVID starting to creep up.
