You’re going to drive to TF Green and take MBTA commuter rail to Boston. Amtrak on short notice is absurdly expensive and there aren’t many trains. Guilford to TF Green is ~ 80 miles. That’s the best New Haven suburb.

That makes for two soul-crushing commutes.

Yep. The win in California is access to much higher quality lettuce and tomatoes than McDonald’s in the northeast. You can’t do that here in the winter because real tomatoes that actually taste like something are expensive. You would have to charge premium prices and that’s not the In N Out formula.

The Massachusetts driver’s handbook says:

• Yield the right-of-way to drivers already on the highway

In dense traffic, the car coming up the on-ramp has nowhere to go. They have no choice but to come to a complete stop.

Elsewhere in the country, drivers in the right lane will change lanes when someone is coming up an on ramp. This is a sign of weakness in Massachusetts.

Beth Israel/Lahey has totally different IT infrastructure from Massachusetts General-Brigham. They can’t see any information in the other IT system. The same is true with Tufts. Your insurance company knows who who you are seeing. The health networks don’t share information.
