Ahh, coriander AKA cilantro! To eimenit tastes wonderful and to others it tastes like soap. To those people, I recommend trying "culantro" if you can find it. It's milder and doesn't have the detergent taste.

And I find it odd that tortilla chip day and hate coriander day are the same day seeing as coriander is a staple ingredient in salsas, which go on tortilla chips. Oh well.

Document everything.

Send them a well-written letter demanding they remove their fence from your property, including proof of survey, etc. via certified mail (so they must sign and acknowledge receipt of letter). Tell them they have 30 days to remove it or you will have it removed and send them an itemized bill for said removal.

When it comes time to take action, if the neighbor calls police, show the popo the proof and they should tell neighbor it's a civil matter and won't make you stop. Remove the fence and deposit all materials back on the neighbor's property so they cannot claim theft. Record the removal on video of possible.

You can try r/legaladvice, but they'll likely just tell you to contact them state bar for a referral to an appropriate attorney.

If the surveyor hasn't already, have them mark the corners of the property in a way that cannot be altered.

And so you choose to take time out of your day to post here and give them a platform while letting them know they're getting to you?

Just ignore them. It's free speech, they're not hurting anyone. They're not breaking any law. I shouldn't even be commenting.

Yes. I don't use either, but the people who do use them will use them if they're legal to use/possess or not. Regulating them like we do with alcohol/cannabis would make them at least clean.

Decriminalize all drugs, make rehab available for those that want it, make narcan widely available.

Absolutely agree with you laws apply to all of us, equally. Police, parking enforcement, doesn't matter. No parking ever means no parking ever. Maybe if there were a legit emergency, but no you're being petty.
