I haven't felt the Pro but it's a touch thicker and doesn't have the open buttons compared to the MagEz. Caudabe Sheath to me is slippery & heavy. Phone has slipped out of my hands just holding it when I have the Sheath on. Yes, it's textured but it's a hard plastic like texture which doesn't do much to add grip. Pitaka almost has a slightly soft rubber feel that kinda adds a little grip.

Yes. I don’t use mag safe charging but I’ve watched reviews where they test and say the magnets are strong.

Pitaka MagEZ Pro.
I have the MagEZ 2 which is my favorite case (over my Caudabe Sheath, Rhinoshield), but it probably doesn't offer the drop protection you'd like. The Pro is a little thicker & has more protection.

I keep buying cases too because I'm in pursuit of the perfect case (that probably doesn't even exist.) I end up returning a fair amount of them because they don't feel like how they're described in websites. Weird thing is I used to hate cases & now it's like I'm addicted to shopping for them to find the perfect one or perfect rotation.
I have a rigid routine where I rotate cases daily in a set order. That way I use every case the same & there's no, - well today I feel like using this case. I come home from work & change the case & phones wallpaper, & change my clothes to shift gears mentally. Yes I'm weird.
