in the 80s I watched so many anime like Hokuto no Ken, Tiger Mask, Cat's Eyes, Maison Ikkoku, Yatterman, Devilman, Lamu (Urusei Yatsura) , Lupin the Third, Gatchaman, Great Mazinger, Sasuke, Sampei, Captain Tsubasa...you bet your ass these are still as awesome today as they were at the time
as for Western animation, MASK was my jam. Best intro, along with Defenders of the Earth
