the first author at least gives a reasonable, understandable - but not agreeable, you can't have unlimited time for your show to find its footing, it's a businness not charity- take; the other two, between hearsays and suppositions, imply that they got axed because the new nazi regime wants inferior races out. Yikes

The Day Today: Iannucci, Morris, Coogan and Schneider brainstorming genius comedy ideas and laughing their arses off

The Sopranos, with David Chase sleeping on the couch while everyone else writing like crazy only for him to wake up, grab a marker and outline the entire season beat by beat including crucial points in different episodes. Wanted to be there just to see the other writers' faces, lol

not saying it wouldn't be possible because anything is possible in these horrid entertainment years we're living, but even if that were true, what purpose would such a desperate strategy serve? The only ones getting something out of it would be people like Nerdrotic and CD

dozens and dozens, which would be a pretty long and boring list, from Alec Guinness in Tinker, Tailor, Soldier, Spy to Olivia Colman in anything she's ever done (even her early Mitchell & Webb "numberwang" sketches), Stephen Rea in The Honourable Woman, the entire cast of TNG and DS9, James Gandolfini in The Sopranos, Steve Coogan as Partridge, Jared Harris in The Crown, Hugh Laurie in House, David Suchet in Poirot...

is this about America? because here Seinfeld never came remotely close to scratching Friends' popularity. I don't wanna say that nobody ever gave a shit about it, but it was indeed pretty close to that

any western made anime one should be in it, starting with Dragonball Evolution

the only great, borderline perfect adaptation I have ever watched is Brideshead Revisited. Almost word by word like the book, with incredible direction, acting, music, cinematography, you name it
