Ok so all good with that rate then??
A lot of people panicking on another tread saying they would not honor the 13.1 and re-enrolled at 15.7. I say on hold for 25 minutes and gave up. Will have to call tomorrow. I logged on to my constellation account and everything looks fine with a start date for service on 12/7

You here back from PURA? I know people contacted them today and that they were going to investigate.

Totally but that response would be best case scenario if it was just some glitch...Will see where the dust settles.

Did you have the 13cent rate earlier?

My father called them and they made it sound like it was a computer glitch with the promo code we used. (Esaves5)
But after he hung up he was not under the impression that they were reneging on the rate. He said that the 13 cent rate was the only one mentioned. I haven't had a chance to call personally though, but it's interesting that different people are getting different responses from constellation.

I haven't spoken to constellation yet though... And it sounds like it's a 2-hour wait to get someone there. You speak to constellation?

how exactly did this conversation go? I received that oops email and got nervous the whole weekend that something like this was going to happen.
However I just logged into my constellation account and under account details it has contract details, my service plan 0.131 for 36 months. Everything looks okay there...start date 12/7...
Thanks for the info

Everyone that I've spoke to in real life about this has gotten an email from constellation saying that there was an error setting up the account. Did anyone get this "oops! "Email? They've been closed for the long weekend.

Did anyone else get this email? My family member and I got it...
We are happy you selected Constellation as your energy supplier and we've already notified your local utility that you have enrolled with us. They have advised us that they can't make the switch because there is an error or a question in our records.
Not to worry! It could be something as simple as a wrong address or incorrect spelling of your name.
If you call us right away at 855-465-1244, we can make the adjustment and get you on your way to becoming a Constellation

Do I just not do math right? but isn't it a 100% increase to go from 0.12 to 0.24 (which is what I thought was proposed). Everyone keeps saying 50%

Eversource standard rate is currently 0.22 in NH. Much higher than currently in CT. But might see a jump in Nov when the rates are updated.

From what research I've done, Constellation Energy is the least expensive I've see at 16.4 cents/kWh fixed for 36 months. by freshzoo332
Can try promo code ESAVES5. Was giving a discount before. Who knows.
