While chasing law suits is a separate issue, I do think using bollards is a great idea. I have to admit that 30 feet isn't really that far for a car that's out of control.

Why not just contact them directly? Corporate contacts are usually something you can find, just less in-your-face compared to social media contacts

The Descent - 2005 (original UK cut... the US cut has an altered ending)
Dog Soldiers - 2002 (same director as the Descent)
The Fly - 1986 (great creature effects with a modest budget)

I’ve wondered if they’re not putting much time in checking stereo mixes. They might mostly mix in surround because of theatres as you mentioned, but also because surround sound at home is more and more common
But someone still has to check the stereo mix
Or I wonder if some lazy teams are saving money by compiling surround mixes into stereo without a proper mix-down, and not even checking it a check at all

Not sure how much force the doors take on NYC subway, but other trains I've ridden on can be opened if you pull hard enough, but also not so easily that people don't risk slipping out by accident.
I've been on the train a couple of times when someone let their body rest right against the door and the momentum with their weight pushing sideways caused the doors to start opening while we were moving. so I think it's a balance of safety from both perspectives.
